Description

Maxiply Premium Brushed & Wax Oiled 300mm Wide Engineered Oak Flooring 18 Thick boards has been brushed to raise the grain of the oak and is finished wax oil. The oak flooring is a Rustic Grade, this means you get a floor with a more rustic character, so each board will contain variations in colour and characteristics. Dark Brown Filler is used to fill any imperfections. The oak flooring comes in a very wide 300mm so would be suitable for very large rooms. Length of the planks are 2200mm, each pack may contain some half length boards, the flooring has a 4mm wear layer and a total thickness of 18mm. Each board is bevelled around all sides, comes with a 20 year domestic warranty. The floor fits together using a tongue & groove. This has a multi-layer plywood base which makes it even more suitable for water-fed underfloor heating.
